We are not affiliated with, partnered with, or responsible for any of the businesses, individuals, or products promoted through ads on our platform.

Any brand names, logos, or product names appearing in ads are owned by their respective companies and do not imply endorsement or partnership with MarketplaceGH.

Important Disclaimer: We do not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or safety of any listing. Always verify with sellers before making any transaction.

We do not guarantee the authenticity or safety of every listing.
Always verify sellers, meet in safe public places, and never share sensitive information with strangers.

MarketplaceGH is not liable for any losses, damages, or fraud resulting from deals initiated through the platform.

4. Escrow Service Available (Optional)

MarketplaceGH Escrow System

If you're unsure about trusting a seller, you may choose to use our MarketplaceGH Escrow System. This service:

Holds your funds securely until both parties are satisfied.
Reduces fraud risk significantly.
Charges a small processing fee (5% of transaction value).
Provides dispute resolution if problems arise.

To use escrow, contact us through the platform or select “Escrow Payment” during the transaction setup.

Peace of Mind: Your money is only released when you confirm receipt of goods in satisfactory condition.

5. User Responsibility

By using MarketplaceGH, you agree that:

You're 18 years or older or have parental consent.
You're solely responsible for your listings, payments, and communication with other users.
You won't post anything fraudulent, illegal, or misleading.
You will respect other users and their privacy.
You understand that MarketplaceGH is just a platform connecting buyers and sellers.

Violations may result in a ban or account suspension without notice.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are handled directly between buyers and sellers. MarketplaceGH does not process refunds but provides escrow services for protection.

7-Day Return Window: Buyers have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
Valid Reasons: Item not as described, damaged, wrong item sent.
Non-Returnable: Custom items, perishables, items damaged by buyer.
Refund Methods: Full refund, exchange, or partial refund as agreed.

7. Dispute Resolution

Step 1: Direct negotiation between parties (3 days).
Step 2: Admin mediation with evidence review (5 days).
Step 3: Escrow arbitration if applicable.
Step 4: Legal action as last resort.

8. Prohibited Items & Conduct

Counterfeit or replica goods.
Weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
Illegal drugs or substances.
Stolen property.
Harassment or threats to other users.
Multiple accounts to manipulate listings.

Zero Tolerance: Any violation of prohibited items or conduct will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.

9. Agreement Acceptance

By continuing to use MarketplaceGH, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.
